The University of Alaska Fairbanks is considering development of a graduate program in leadership. The purpose of this survey is to help us assess the need for such a program and, if there is widespread interest in leadership education, what form a leadership education program should take. This survey should only take a couple minutes. There are only 15 questions. Information you provide is completely anonymous, but your opinions are very important and will be counted!
